Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by MLR Consulting, Inc. (“MLR Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our AI-powered voice and messaging platform, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, including by providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
MLR Consulting operates a platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered voice agents, chatbots, SMS messaging, and automation solutions for customer communications and business operations. Our Services include:
- AI voice agents for inbound and outbound phone calls
- SMS/MMS text messaging for appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, lead follow-up, marketing communications, and AI-driven conversational interactions
- AI-powered chatbots for websites and digital channels
- AI automation and workflow solutions
- Web-based voice interaction widgets
- Customer relationship management tools
- Billing and invoicing services
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages — whether by completing a web form, responding to a call to action, sending a text message to us, or otherwise opting in — you agree to the following:
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of SMS/MMS messages:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Lead follow-up and response communications
- Marketing and promotional messages
- AI agent-driven conversational responses
- Service-related notifications
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on the nature of your interactions and the services you have opted into. Recurring messages may be sent.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier’s pricing plan for details. MLR Consulting is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications channels (email, phone calls).

Supported Carriers
Our messaging services are available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MLR Consulting or from the businesses using our platform. You may choose not to opt in to text messages and still use other aspects of our Services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our Services
- Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our Services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. AI-Powered Communications
Certain communications you receive through our platform may be generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology used to provide the Services are the property of MLR Consulting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any aspect of our Services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLR Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLR Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
