For ten years (2015–2025), MLR's founder served as contract CIO for a healthcare company running on Microsoft 365 — implementing M365 applications, managing devices with Intune, and building an AI document-triage workflow in Power Automate that OCRs inbound faxes, classifies them with AI, and routes each one to the right clinical team. Production systems in a compliance-conscious environment, in daily use.
