Inbound Fax Triage Workflow
A healthcare organization received a steady stream of inbound faxes that staff sorted by hand. We built a Power Automate workflow that OCRs each inbound fax, uses AI classification to identify the document type, and applies deterministic routing to deliver it to the right clinical team inbox. The AI makes the judgment call; hard rules decide what happens with it. It runs in production, every business day.
